Extremely knowledgeable, went the extra mile! This tech added descriptions, signs, filter sizes, used screws and tools to fix my hanging ac filter door. He fixed our initial heater issue and then educated me on how to take care of both systems through the winter! Phenomenal customer experience this tech was absolutely fantastic! Josh is GREAT! we kept having problems with our heater this winter and he made sure everything was perfect before calling it finished! He even told us we would need a new A/C unit come spring… and he was right! 😆 ours was 17+ years old and leaking! We have him a call and he came right out and we had a new A/C within 2 days!
